Bodegas Delampa was set up in 1921 by Julián Santos Martínez in Jumilla, Murcia, with little more than a dream and a bunch of grapes. Since then and to this day, the Santos Martínez family has been dedicated to the production and aging of wines.
Nowadays, after more than 100 years, Bodegas Delampa is still in the hands of the same family. While Julián García continues the winemaking legacy of his grandfather, his wife, Candelaria Ruiz, ensures that their clients enjoy a memorable experience at Delampa.
In 2019, the great-grandson of Julián Santos together with his partner Lorena Martínez decided to dust off the family’s original designs, and bring to life the old sketches and ideas that Don Julián Santos never managed to capture in his bottles during his lifetime. This is how Delampa opened a new line of business based on the creation of unique and personalized bottles to accompany their dear clients in their important events and occasions.
